Stick to the feeling of punching in.
This month, I participated in an essential oil learning punching activity, and promised to punch in every day without interruption.

The teacher will record a video for us every day. Every day is a different topic, and of course there are four punch cards.

Through video and punching in every day, I know the importance of persistence.

One weekend, I was taking classes outside, and the schedule was so full that I couldn't punch in all day. I was so tired when I got home. It's only after eight o'clock in the evening. I went to bed after supper.

My idea is that I'll sleep for a while and feel better before punching in. I'm in a bad mood now, and punching in doesn't work.

So I went to bed and set an alarm clock.

The alarm clock rang at ten o'clock in the evening, but I was still very sleepy. I slept for a while and woke up again. I have been struggling. I know, the teacher said, good habits should be cultivated by "hard work". I'm still sleepy. In my confused sleep, the teacher's words occasionally pop up.

It's past 1 1 and I haven't got up yet. At that moment, I had an idea: Oh, no, it's so late, I may not get my card today.

No way! Because when I came up with this idea, I remembered our little friend who punched in together. Everyone is waiting for me. I don't want any unfinished figures in the daily statistical punch. Then I made up my mind that no matter how late it is, I will get up and punch in when I feel better.

Soon, I got up.

Although I punched in late that night, it meant a lot to me. I know that my body has a lasting memory, and I am practicing "penance". Yeah!
