1 Neiguan point
Neiguan point is one of the commonly used acupoints in the pericardium meridian of hand Jueyin in traditional Chinese medicine. It is mainly located on the palm of our forearm, on the connecting line between Qu Ze and Daling, and the wrist is two inches wide, between the flexor carpi longus tendon and the flexor carpi tendon.
