What materials do you need to withdraw housing provident fund?
Bring the required materials to the provident fund center to apply, and then go to the contractor bank to withdraw.

The required materials include "Resident Identity Card" and its photocopy, "Application for Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund" and various materials prepared according to different actual conditions.

If employees and their families have difficulties in life due to major diseases or major injury accidents, they should provide the diagnosis certificate and medical records issued by medical institutions above Grade II and Grade A, the patient's medical insurance card and the invoice for the current treatment expenses.

If a non-employee is sick, a marriage certificate or proof of kinship should also be provided.

9, completely lost the ability to work or severe disability, and the termination of labor relations with the unit, should provide proof of termination of labor relations with the original unit, the city (county) labor ability appraisal committee issued by the labor ability appraisal conclusion or hospital certificate.

14. In case of serious difficulties in family life caused by natural disasters or other emergencies, emergency certificates issued by relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county (district) level, large expenditure documents and income certificates of family members such as employees shall be provided.

15, migrant workers or employees whose household registration is outside the jurisdiction of this Municipality who have terminated their labor relations with their work units shall provide proof of termination of labor relations with their work units and proof of household registration.

16. If an employee dies or is declared dead, a certificate of death or being declared dead shall be provided. If it belongs to the legal heir of the deceased, provide the heir's "Resident Identity Card", "Household Register" and proof of legal inheritance.

If it belongs to the designated heir or legatee of the deceased, it shall provide a notarized certificate of designated inheritance and a resident identity card.

17. If the employee has not been re-employed after terminating the labor relationship with the unit for more than one year, the employee shall provide the certificate of termination of the labor relationship with the unit or unemployment certificate.

18. If you apply to your spouse and immediate family members for housing provident fund withdrawal conditions at the same time, you should also provide your spouse's and immediate family members' resident ID card, marriage certificate, household registration book or kinship certificate and their copies.

19. When the agent withdraws the housing provident fund, it shall provide the written power of attorney issued by the extractor, the Resident Identity Card and its copy, in addition to the materials required to meet the above extraction conditions.

Second, the handling process

Step 1: the user applies to the provident fund center for withdrawal.

Step 2: The provident fund center will inform the required materials and handling procedures at one time, and at the same time issue an application for housing provident fund withdrawal.

Step 3: The applicant submits a written application to the employer.

Step 4: After the unit verifies that the situation is true, it will issue a certificate, verify with the provident fund center the amount that can be withdrawn according to the regulations, provide the account number of the unit and individual, fill in the relevant matters in the Application for Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund, and affix the reserved seal.

Step 5: The extractor shall provide the housing provident fund extraction application form, unit certificate and relevant vouchers correctly filled in to the provident fund center for review by the staff of the work center.

Step 6: The competent leader of the provident fund center will make a decision on whether to approve the withdrawal after examination and sign the applicant's unit certificate.

Step 7: If the withdrawal is approved, the Provident Fund Center will issue a withdrawal check.

Step 8: The applicant goes to the entrusted bank with a check to go through the withdrawal procedures.

Fourth, the processing time limit

1. All management departments or banking institutions entrusted with the collection of housing provident fund shall make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the withdrawal within three working days from the date of accepting the application for withdrawal of housing provident fund.

2. If the withdrawal is approved after examination, the withdrawal amount will be directly transferred to the employee's joint housing provident fund card or the savings account of the bank designated by Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center within three working days.
