Although sweating caused by exercise or covering is a cooling process of the body, its essence is obviously different.
Sweating after exercise is because the energy consumption of the body is greatly increased during exercise and heat is generated during metabolism, so the body sweats and dissipates heat in order to maintain normal body temperature. In addition to water, glycogen is consumed first, and after glycogen is consumed, fat is burned. In other words, after enough exercise, the body's fat will be decomposed to provide energy, thus achieving the purpose of consuming fat.
Covering the quilt and sweating is because the ambient temperature rises and the body generates relatively too much heat. In order to maintain a normal body temperature, sweating and heat dissipation only consume water. Although a lot of dehydration can make people look thin, it is short-lived. A glass of water may restore such emaciation to its original shape.
It is not recommended that you use the quilt to sweat to lose weight. This will not only fail to achieve the goal of losing weight, but also easily lead to dehydration that affects health because of the loss of body water, and it is more likely that the blood will be relatively concentrated because of the large loss of body water, which will increase the risk of thrombosis.
