Norika, Yoga Coach of Uterine Beauty: Yoga makes people learn to accept, let go of their body and mind and become more cheerful.
Teacher Norika, who has lived in Japan for a long time, began to pursue her own sports for the sake of health. She began to contact yoga on 200 1 and opened a yoga classroom in 2007, hoping that more people can experience the spirit and beauty of yoga, find back her body consciousness and make her body and mind more enjoyable. In recent years, teacher Norika has developed a kind of uterine beauty yoga course for women, which makes the female body crystal clear from the inside out and exudes more elegant and mature charm. Teacher Norika, who is obsessed with her roots, often goes back to Taiwan Province for classes. Because her course combines the Asian tradition, the wisdom of life in ancient Japan, the unique method of nourishing women's hearts and the macro-biological diet based on Yin-Yang and Five Elements and pursuing solar terms, it is very popular with female students, and it is always full when it comes to class. How on earth did Mr. Norika become such a mentor? The editor of Sports Planet met the teacher a few days ago and briefly interviewed the teacher's mental journey.

Norika, Yoga Coach of Uterine Beauty: Yoga makes people learn to accept, let go of their body and mind and become more cheerful. For the sake of health, Mr. Norika, who started to contact yoga at the age of 32, was inspired by his anemia. At first, when she began to pursue many sports, she found that not all sports were suitable for her. Until one day, after listening to friends talk about the benefits of yoga, she began to try yoga. Unexpectedly, she found that yoga is the most comfortable exercise for her body and her mind is full of peace. Norika said that yoga was not very popular in rural Japan at that time, so she had to go to the bookstore to buy books about yoga and follow the movements in the books, but she was not sure whether her movements were standard or used in the right muscle parts, so she began to look for Japanese yoga classrooms to practice. After Norika entered the yoga classroom to practice, she gradually found that yoga can not only bring changes to the body, but also nourish the soul. At this time, she began to really want to enter the field of yoga.

Very interested in anatomy, she began to study how to achieve the most effective posture in the most relaxed and gentle way. She said that many people often use brute force to do some movements when doing yoga, which not only fails to achieve effective results, but also kills their will and finally chooses to give up doing yoga. At that time, the trend of yoga was not popular in Japan, so two or three years later, teacher Norika decided to go to Australia and the United States to start specializing in yoga and obtain teacher certification.

Yoga can not only bring changes to the body, but also nourish the mind. Only by accepting and letting go can we achieve the unity of body and mind. When doing yoga, we often hear that we should achieve the unity of body and mind, but what is the unity of body and mind? Teacher Norika: "When I first started to learn yoga, I only paid attention to the changes in my body and whether I could do more than others. I didn't calm down, think and calm my mind, so I never understood the meaning of yoga's so-called unity of body and mind. One day, I suddenly realized that I don't want to compare with others, and I don't want to blame myself for not doing well, but I must accept what my body can do and let go of my heart to compare with others at the moment, because only by learning to accept and let go can I achieve the realm of physical and mental unity. Everyone's spiritual level is different. Only by learning to accept yourself can we understand everything. I am grateful that yoga has brought me a lot of energy, so I won't worry too much. When everything goes with the flow, people won't worry too much. 」

Yoga promotes internal and external maintenance to a higher level. Most yoga practitioners are women, because yoga has many benefits to women's health, such as improving menstrual pain, edema of lower limbs, improving posture and making lines more attractive. To this end, Teacher Norika also opened a yoga course for women's maintenance and named it Uterine Beauty Yoga. This yoga class includes simple menstrual control, breathing, and expelling skin toxins to make the body healthier inside and outside. Norika said that women's natural body structure is more complicated than men's, especially the uterus and ovaries, which are very important organs. For example, it is necessary to make babies and children healthier during pregnancy, as well as to restore their physical function and figure to the best state after childbirth and the physical and mental changes after menopause. These must be maintained. The charm of women comes from health and harmony. In addition to a balanced diet, they must also restore their health through external energy.

Teacher Norika, who is 50 years old, can't find any traces of time on her face. Spreading the seeds of love through yoga can not only make the body healthier, but also affect people's hearts. Teacher Norika joined hands with other yoga teachers to set up "King Kong Angel Nikuma Thousand People Public Welfare Yoga", hoping to make some contributions to this society with the strength of yoga teachers. I usually practice physical and mental integration on the yoga mat, hoping to connect with my true self. But in this activity, I hope to connect with the world through practical actions and love, experience yoga and meditation together, learn to relax and focus on the various senses of the body at present, improve work efficiency, do public welfare, care for people who need "love" around me, and narrow the distance between them.

Let love spread all over the world through yoga. ? Besides yoga, Teacher Norika also likes flamenco dance. She thinks dancing can make up for the lack of practicing yoga. For example, yoga movements are mostly done by using the muscles on the front side of the thigh. Dancing can exercise the muscles of the inner thigh and the back thigh. When muscle endurance and softness reach a balance, it is easier to do other sports.

Finally, Mr. Norika wants to tell you that many things in life will go to zero or disappear in an instant, but don't give up and don't be afraid. Only by truly accepting and letting go can we be suddenly enlightened.
