20g of red dates, 20g of coix seed, ginkgo 15g (shelled and peeled) and longan pulp 10g are put into a pot and boiled for 40 minutes, together with 6 shelled quail eggs, for half an hour, and appropriate amount of brown sugar or crystal sugar is added for eating.
