Control your breathing and make it longer, but still pay attention to nature. Don't make yourself uncomfortable. Take a deep breath. This is natural. Inhale, fantasize about inhaling the true qi, exhale, fantasize about expelling turbid qi from the body. Breathing is very important, there are usually two kinds: front abdomen and anti-abdomen. Keep it natural at first, the simpler the better. Imagine that the true qi goes straight to the lower abdomen through the nose, then stop and exhale, imagining that the whole body is polluted. After a long time, you can get rid of the problem of discharging turbid gas, leaving only the part that inhales the true qi. The specific situation is as follows: when inhaling, the chest expands, imagine that the true qi flows from the nose to the chest, then exhale and compress the chest, imagine that the true qi spreads from the chest to the abdomen, and the abdomen expands. The whole process becomes a miniature of chest expansion and abdomen expansion when inhaling, and chest contraction and abdomen expansion when exhaling, just like sucking the true qi from the chest. This process is the opposite of natural breathing and is called nausea. Of course, it is difficult to reverse the belly, and it must be difficult to do it at first. Don't torture yourself for this, just let nature take its course. Abdominal breathing will be achieved naturally in future practice, so don't rush to achieve it. Abdominal posture is very useful, and it has other uses when running on Sunday, which will better match the idea, and I will tell you later.

In addition, I would also like to say that inverted abdomen is not a fixed method, and straight abdomen can also get the true qi. I suggest spending more time on the straight belly, because this is the foundation. In addition to methods, there must be morality, that is, taking the essence of heaven and earth and removing the turbid gas in the body. Although we pay attention to methods, we should also conform to the thought of Tao and not be completely methodological. Besides breathing, thoughts are equally important, even more important than breathing. You can also spend a small Sunday through the belly posture.
Since I said that it is better to use the anti-abdominal style, many people have started practicing directly from the anti-abdominal style, which is not necessarily a good thing. In a few days, because of the influence of the true qi, it will naturally turn to the anti-abdominal posture. Never force yourself. Some symptoms are dry mouth and dizziness.
But it should be noted that you must abstain from sex after each practice. After practicing, our desire for 30 minutes to an hour is greater than usual, because the true qi we refined comes from essence, including essence, which is unstable. If we can't have sex, we can keep it for a long time, thinking that this is the basis for the next time. If we have sex right away, we will turn this hard-won qi into the essence of the day after tomorrow.
