What are the advantages and disadvantages of thin people and strong people?
Slim and strong are healthy, as long as they are not too fat or too thin. We should not pursue extreme fatness, but standard height, weight and body proportion. The following is the formula for calculating the standard proportion:

Male: (height cm-80) × 70 = standard weight Female: (height cm-70) × 60 = standard weight.

Standard weight plus or minus 10% is normal weight, standard weight plus or minus 10% ~ 20% is overweight or underweight, and standard weight plus or minus 20% is obese or underweight.

Of course, this standard should not be too dead. Just because a person looks a little fatter and stronger doesn't necessarily mean that he is unhealthy.

If I have to choose between being too fat and being too thin, then I can only choose to be thin. Obesity can lead to many diseases, such as cholesterol, blood lipid, blood sugar, blood pressure and so on.

Fat people are more afraid of heat and cold than thin people.
