This is my weight loss plan.

I lost 15kg in a month, and I lost weight quickly. Obviously, I have a little problem behind me.

I started with diet and exercise.

Don't eat white rice for a month, eat three eggs and a glass of milk for breakfast; You will be hungry when you arrive at 10. Have a banana mat. At noon, cook with water and mix with soy sauce. If you are hungry around 5 pm, you can't eat an apple at night, but only vegetables.

Exercise: Run for 40 minutes four times a week. When you are tired, walk but don't stop. Run once every other day, and your knee won't hurt. Go to bed early and get up early every day if you sleep. Dare not sleep more, for fear of gaining weight.
