Part II: General situation of the school.
In order to let everyone know more about the West Campus, first of all, I will briefly introduce the development history of the West Campus. The West Campus of Shangpai Central School was formerly Meiling Primary School in Feixi County, which was founded in 1952, and was then a village-level primary school. Due to the adjustment of layout, 20xx was merged into Feixi No.5 Middle School in September, becoming a nine-year compulsory education school and renamed Feixi Guan Yi School. In the month of 20xx, the layout was adjusted again, and the whole junior high school was placed under the Shangpai junior high school, and the primary school was merged into the Shangpai school district central school, named the Shangpai school district central school west campus. The school has 13 classes, 758 students and 25 faculty members. Part III: Our team
As the West Campus is in the special development period of "merged school-branch school-merged school" in recent years, every change is actually a new adaptation and running-in process for teachers. Since the West Campus joined the big family of the Central Headquarters, President Zhang has been very concerned about the development of teachers in the West Campus, and has always been concerned about guidance and advice. The newly formed leadership team has been actively thinking about how to let the school provide a platform for teachers' development. After many studies, the teacher development policy of 16 is determined: based on the classroom-breaking the ice through teaching and research-teamwork-building a famous teacher. After the slogan was shouted out, the school was linked up and down, and a series of reform activities came into being. Over the past year, the process of reform and transformation has been arduous, but the success has made everyone in the West Campus not only see the dawn and hope, but also enjoy the joy of success. At the beginning of the year, after receiving the notice of the county-wide competition, the school quickly held a leadership meeting. The guidance office uses the school newsletter, QQ group and business study to publicize vigorously, create an atmosphere, encourage young teachers to be positive and make them realize that the platform of the competition can not only show themselves, but also be a good opportunity to improve themselves. In the case of multi-disciplinary and non-professional teachers, after school-level selection and comprehensive consideration, the school recommended four teachers with excellent professional quality to participate in the competitions of Chinese, mathematics, English and information respectively. Considering that three of the teachers have never participated in such a contest before, the school immediately set up a behind-the-scenes service team composed of all leading bodies and some subject teachers to fully guarantee the work of the four contestants.
