1. Moka Express comes from the brand name of aluminum octagonal direct-fired steam pressurized coffee pot produced by famous Italian barista Bialetti in 1930s. Because of its simple structure and convenient brewing, it has become a necessary coffee appliance for families. From then on, people used to call this principle of coffee pot Mocha pot.
2. Mocha coffee refers to Arabica coffee, which is produced in Yemen. It is smaller and rounder than most coffee beans and looks like peas. Its shape is similar to that of Ethiopian Hale coffee beans, with small particles, high acidity, slightly bouquet and spicy taste.
3. Moka Port is located in Yemen at the southern tip of Arabian Peninsula and on the east bank of Red Sea. The west bank of the Red Sea is Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Historically, it was a world-famous coffee export port.
Moka and Java (Moka &; Java) sometimes stands for coffee and chocolate in the menu of a coffee shop. Mocha means coffee and Java means chocolate.
If mocha is a single product coffee, it represents the place of origin. Fancy coffee represents coffee and chocolate.
