1997 MONiCOL was founded by the famous Hollywood makeup artist Laurel Jones in new york, USA.

1999 MONiCOL is popular in the North American continent and has become synonymous with "the first choice for women who love beauty";

In 2005, MONiCOL brand was acquired by American Disney Lucian Qiyuan International Co., Ltd.;

In 2006, MONiCOL signed Miss Bailaia, an American international supermodel and Miss World champion, as the brand spokesperson.
