The following seven acupoints belong to the small intestine meridian and are mainly used to treat scapular pain. They are distributed in the shoulder and back, and the meridians of the small intestine follow twists and turns, such as dotted lines, which are easy to stagnate when encountering cold and fatigue. Clinically, shoulder and back pain caused by wind-cold invasion is a common point of cupping.
Shoulder chastity: above the posterior axillary fold 1 inch.
Shu Shu: The posterior axillary fold is straight up, and the lower edge of scapula is depressed.
Tianzong: the center of the subscapular fossa.
Feng Bing: In the suprascapular fossa, Tianzong point is straight up.
Qu yuan: medial end of suprascapular fossa
Shoulder Waishu: 3 inches below the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra.
Shoulder Zhongshu: 2 inches below the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra.
These acupoints are located very close, so they can be selected at intervals. Or the position where the pulling pain is relatively heavy, and the center of the jar mouth is aligned with the acupuncture point.
Jianjing point: it is the point of gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang, above the shoulder and the highest point of muscle. In the past, I used to pick things with poles, and the poles were basically pressed on this acupoint. The neck and shoulders are uncomfortable and the Jianjing point is stiff.
If the scapular pain is severe, you can bleed at Shaoze point. Traditional Chinese medicine has the concept of "treating wind first treating blood". Of course, puncture and cupping can also be performed at the painful place.
You can usually find these acupoints for your family. If you find the right one, your family may not know what they are, but they will have a special feeling, or pain, or comfort ... This shows that you have found the right one.
