Common forms of mock interviews
Simulated interviews are divided into on-site interactive forms and personal training forms.

The form of on-site interaction is mostly one-to-many, and well-known human resources workers are hired by (school) units to conduct simulated interviews with simulated candidates. Simulated candidates get "interview opportunities" through procedures such as "submitting resumes" and department recommendation. After simulated interview questions and answers, participants can experience the atmosphere of the interview and find their own interview weaknesses. If there is an opportunity, they can improve it through simulated practice.

Personal training form is the most primitive and effective training form.

According to the conditions, simulated candidates can choose the following independent training methods:

Students play the roles of interviewers and job seekers, working with each other, learning from each other, and contacting each other repeatedly.

Train yourself in front of the mirror. Interview is also a concentrated expression of personal speech and eloquence. In addition to understanding the problem, whether the expression is smooth, whether the tone and expression are natural, you can repeatedly correct the training by seeing your true self.

Video training. Conditional job seekers can record all the audio and video of their interview simulation, watch it repeatedly, correct it and train it, just like a repeater for learning English.
