Computers consume more resources to watch movies, so they consume more CPU and GPU. Let's start from these two aspects. First, right-click the taskbar options task manager below.
End all task managers that always take up more memory and CPU.
Return to the desktop, right-click the desktop, and select nvidia control panel or other graphical control panel.
Enter the graphic control panel and click the Manage 3D Settings tab on the left.
Enter the 3D Management tab and click the arrow behind the preferred image processor under Global Settings.
Change the preferred graphics processor from automatic to high-performance graphics card mode, and force the independent graphics card to be enabled, so as to increase the video resolution ability and not drop frames.
