Summary of the method of inserting slides into swf 2006-11-1514: 59 PowerPoint can be said to be the simplest tool for making demonstration courseware at present and the best choice for making non-interactive courseware. Because of its ease of use, it is favored by teachers, and courseware made with PowerPoint can also be seen everywhere. The most common version of PowerPoint is PowerPoint2000, which supports many media formats, such as AVI movies and GIF animations. But friends who have used PowerPoint know that the multimedia function promoted by PowerPoint is limited, especially compared with Flash, its animation function and interactive function are too poor. Our teacher often has a hard choice between "fish" and "bear's paw". Can I import Flash movies into PowerPoint? If feasible, it can not only provide dynamic interactive forms and novel vector animation graphics for PowerPoint, but also slim down PowerPoint courseware. More importantly, embedding Flash movies in PowerPoint2000 can realize all the functions of Flash, such as interactive function, buttons with special functions, opening the default browser window through "Get URL" instruction, realizing animation deformation and so on.
In fact, the method of inserting Flash files into PowerPoint has existed for a long time. I'll introduce you to three methods I know.
Method (1): In a presentation, we insert an ActiveX control, namely "Shockwave Flash Object". Then set the url location of the flash playback file to be called.
Create a new PowerPoint presentation and save it in the same folder as *. Swf file. (Why do you want to do this? You'll know later. )
In the menu bar, select View → Toolbars → Customize to open the customized toolbar panel. In the toolbar column, select the control toolbar, as shown in figure 0 1.
Then the Control Toolbox panel appears, then select other controls in the lower right corner, and then select the Shockwave Flash Object from the list of controls in the machine system that appears. At this point, your mouse becomes "ten". Use this "ten" to draw a rectangle where animation is needed in the presentation. As for the size of this rectangle, it depends on the size of your animation. The size of the rectangle you draw is the size of the flash animation when the presentation is played. After drawing the rectangle, click the rectangle, and then click the right mouse button. In the pop-up menu, select Properties to pop up the properties dialog box of the control, and then select "…" on the right side of the Custom column. When clicked, the Property Pages dialog box appears. In this dialog box, fill in the url address of the swf file in the Movie URL column. Because it is in the same folder as the presentation, we only need to fill in the file name of the swf file (otherwise fill in the absolute path of the swf file), and the swf file we want to call here is "a.swf". In this "Property Page" dialog box, you can also make more detailed settings, including the quality and alignment of swf animation.
When the settings are finished, click the OK button.
At this time, you can play the presentation and see the flash animation.
Suggestion: 1. Set the presentation to "Click and Change Page" so that you can wait until the flash animation is finished before converting it to the next presentation.
2. Set the flash animation to loop. Because after the animation is called, it will not be called again. Setting flash animation to loop can make the animation play continuously.
Method 2:
1. In the PowerPoint document, open the Insert menu, and then click the Object command. A dialog box pops up. We choose the "Create from file" option.
2. Click the "Browse" button, select the completed flash file, and then press "OK" twice to return to the main window.
3. At this point, a SWF file icon will appear on the slide. Adjust the position and size of the icon to fit the slide template.
4. Open the "Slide Show" menu, and select the "Custom Animation" command in the pop-up submenu, and a detailed setup dialog box will pop up.
5. Click on the SWF object in the "Check Animation Slide Object" window, just like "Object 3" in the above figure, and "Object 3" appears in the time sequence window.
6. Switch to the Multimedia Settings window, as shown in the figure below. We can see that most of the parameters in it are not selectable, and there is only one "object action", which is the key point. Click the drop-down menu of this item and select "Activate Content" from three options. Press the OK button to return.
7. Open the "Slide Show" menu again, and select the "Slide Switch" command in the pop-up submenu to open the dialog box as shown in the following figure. Other parameters do not need to be changed, just change the "Page Change Method". Click the every other option.
8. Press Apply to return to the main window and preview the slide show. We found that a small prompt panel will pop up in the system, as shown in Figure 08. Press Yes to open the Flash inserter and play the inserted SWF file.
Method 3:
Install a plug-in called Swiff Point Player. It provides a closer combination of PowerPoint and Flash in use, and can quickly and conveniently add the produced Flash works to the projection in PowerPoint format. When the presentation browses to a page containing Flash, the embedded Flash animation will be automatically played, which adds a lot of fluency and interactivity to the presentation.
1. Installation: Swiff point player is easy to install. Double-click the installation file (SwiffPointPlayer 10.exe) and use Next to go all the way to Huanglong.
2. Use: After the installation is completed, you will find a button at the end of the drawing toolbar at the bottom of PowerPoint. Click it to open the dialog box and select the desired *. Swf file, click the "Open" button, and the flash file will be inserted into the PowerPoint document. Adjust the position and size, and you can play it. Is it simple?
Comparatively speaking, the three methods have their own advantages. The first one has the longest history, the second one is the most routine and most suitable for Flash that has been packaged as an exe file, and the third one is the simplest. In use, you can choose to use it according to your specific situation and hobbies, so that your PowerPoint can "flash" your personality and "flash" your wonderful!
