Day 1: Liquid rest: Drink liquid all day (if you are hungry). Can drink: milk, sugar-free yogurt, soybean milk.
The next day: eat corn all day (one for each meal). Replaceable: pumpkin yam, sweet potato, purple potato.
The third day: fruit day (eat fruit all day), eat when you are hungry, and you can eat: apples, blueberries, grapefruit and pitaya.
Day 4: Eat eggs (preferably boiled eggs) for one day. Each meal 1-2 can replace eggs: shrimp, tofu and fish.
The fifth day: vegetable day (eat enough vegetables for one day), suggestions: broccoli, lettuce, spinach, etc. Drink enough 2000ml water every day.
