The sucrose content of Korean young granulated sugar is above 99.8%, with high whiteness, fine and uniform particles, low moisture content, loose sugar particles, fast melting, easy storage, no impurities and almost no sulfur, and strict control of hygiene indicators. It is sweet enough and has small crystal particles, which can be dissolved quickly. Commonly used in baking, solid drinks, alcoholic drinks, compound seasoning and other products.
The difference between Korean young sugar and ordinary sugar
Korean sugar is more delicate and easier to dissolve than ordinary sugar, especially when the egg white is dispersed. The advantage of easy dissolution can prevent brown spots from appearing on baked cakes because sugar is not dissolved (brown spots are actually undissolved sugar).
Pure sugar can be dissolved in time, making protein delicate and stable. Compared with ordinary sugar, it is more delicate and more suitable for baking. Ordinary sugar is not easy to dissolve because of its large size, so the effect of making west point is not ideal. Refined sugar is refined sugar. Because of its high purity, the sucrose content exceeds 99.8% and the water content is very small. It is an ideal auxiliary material for making refined cakes, bread, baked goods and other foods.
