You can go to I Theme-My Wallpaper-Dynamic Wallpaper and select the wallpaper application. In other cases, the mobile phone itself does not support setting dynamic pictures and videos as desktop wallpaper and screen lock.

You can try to use a third-party software implementation.

note:

1. When saving Tik Tok audio and video as dynamic wallpaper for the first time, you should install Tik Tok plug-in. Some Tik Tok audio and video do not support setting dynamic wallpaper;

2. The lock screen style of mobile phone can't be reading pictures, otherwise dynamic pictures and videos can't be replaced by lock screen.
