There are many people around me, many friends and classmates, and many people who lose weight online. They don't eat dinner or pasta every day. Eat some fruit at ten in the morning and two or three in the afternoon every day. Never eat fruit salad, because salad will make you fat, dear.

Many people can't sleep at night because the food they eat is too greasy to digest at night. This mobile phone is a big reason. Please don't play before going to bed. Bad for people. The daytime is good, too. The light keeps stimulating the brain, how can you sleep well?

Next, how do I exercise every day?

At first, I didn't know much about it. I thought that even if I lost weight, I actually lost water.

The following things have been bothering me.

I just haven't lost weight, and I can't find the reason. Then I broke a lot of ropes and started walking.

This time, it was summer, and I walked away just because there was no rope. Later, after a month, I found it healthier to walk away.

When skipping rope, your heart will beat fast and you will feel uncomfortable. This is not aerobic exercise. Let's go No matter how many blocks and how far you walk, you will always be aerobic and won't be panting. Very comfortable.

Usually I walk 400 meters every day, 12 laps, so it's about 5 kilometers every day. I read an article at that time, which probably meant that you have to walk 7,000 steps every day to lose about a catty of fat. Although hard, but very happy.

In the summer of losing weight, because there was no school and playground near my home, I had to walk 5000 meters around the mountain every day. I think this is more challenging. Because the mountain road is uneven, it is more like climbing a mountain every day. I also play badminton twice a week and swim once. Of course, it's student day. If an office worker suggests walking 5000 meters a day, it will be done in an hour. Don't be afraid of him.

I usually go to exercise around 7 o'clock, go home to rest at 8 o'clock, leg press stretches his arm or something, and then watch bubble feet in TV movies. In fact, don't put anything in this foot bath, just soak until you sweat, keep heating the water, and rub Yongquan point (search online and you will know where it is).

Why soak your feet? I think it is very helpful to sleep, and so is Yongquan point.

Many people may think that I just said that there is no basis, but dear friends, if you try to lose weight after a month of exercise according to my method, the effect may not be certain, but endocrine, sleep and skin are really much better.
