Recommended practice of reducing fat and dressing vegetables
Composition:

Eggs, lettuce and Pleurotus ostreatus

Chopped green onion, minced garlic, Chili powder, millet spicy, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar.

Steps:

1. Mix sauce. Sprinkle hot oil with chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet, hot pepper powder and sesame seeds. Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce+one spoonful of mature vinegar+one spoonful of oyster sauce+one spoonful of white sugar or sugar substitute and stir well.

2. Lettuce, Pleurotus ostreatus, boiled eggs and diced.

3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, pour in the sauce and stir well.
