Will eating bread and peanut butter for breakfast make you fat?
Eating peanut butter won't cause obesity. A recent study by American scientists shows that peanut butter not only does not cause obesity, but also is a very good healthy food.

Peanut butter is rich in vitamin A, vitamin E, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, fiber, protein and monounsaturated fatty acids. Monounsaturated fatty acids can reduce the cholesterol content in human body and reduce the risk of heart disease. It is suggested that peanut butter be eaten with some low-calorie foods, such as whole wheat bread, vegetables and fruits.
