Scraping stovepipe should first master the effective leg acupuncture points of stovepipe.
(1) Futu point: above the knee of the lateral thigh, when the muscles are tense, such as the position where the rabbit head protrudes;
(2) Xue Hai point: Tighten the thigh muscles forcibly, and the position protruding from the inner side above the knee will cause pain when pressed;
(3) Shi Feng point: stand up straight, with your hands hanging naturally on both sides, and the fingertips of your middle finger touching the outside of your thighs;
(4) Chengfu point: the place where the posterior thigh meets the hip;
(5) Weizhong point: the middle position behind the leg, below the knee and above the calf;
(6) Zusanli: 3 inches below the lateral knee fossa, about 2 cm outward;
(7) Sanyinjiao: 3 inches above the medial ankle;
(8) Hanging clock point: there is a depression 3 inches above the lateral ankle;
(9) Chengshan point: tighten the calf muscles, and the achilles tendon meets the calf muscles.
2, scraping the leg method
Starting from the acupuncture point at the root of the thigh, scrape diagonally downward with a scraping board. The acupoints on both legs must be scraped symmetrically, that is, the same acupoint must be scraped after two pushes before moving to the next acupoint. The scraper should keep an angle of 90-45 degrees with the scraping direction.
If you really can't find acupuncture points, you can also scrape a large area at the approximate position of acupuncture points, which can also ensure the coverage of effective acupuncture points.
