Standard action of hanging legs and stovepipe
Lie face down on the bed and let your whole body relax.

Slowly lift your left leg to the height where you can't start again, and keep it for more than 20 seconds without external force.

Change the other leg and rotate it five times, that is, lift each leg five times.

Doing so can exercise the leg muscles and tighten them, thus achieving the goal of stovepipe.
