On the Teaching Methods of Practical Training Course

Teaching methods are the basic means to achieve educational goals and complete teaching tasks, and play an important role in the success or failure of school teaching and even the healthy growth of students. Especially as a practical training course of automobile maintenance, we should always emphasize the initiative of students, and pay more attention to teaching methods and means in the training process. The role of teachers is to guide students to think, let them complete independently, and cultivate their practical and innovative abilities. In the past two years, as an intern teacher, under the strict requirements and guidance of the Academic Affairs Office, through thousands of internship classes, I explored in theory and practice, and at the same time learned from my colleagues' experience and students' learning feelings, I summed up a set of effective teaching methods that are more suitable for automobile maintenance internship classes. I am willing to share and communicate with my colleagues.

1, thinking teaching method: in the process of practical teaching, by guiding students to use the theoretical knowledge they have learned and combining with relevant practical knowledge, analyze and solve automobile faults. Pay attention to guide students to grasp the core of the problem and analyze the essential reasons for failure in the learning process.

2. Questioning teaching method: In the teaching process, according to the characteristics of this training course, starting with the background knowledge and theoretical knowledge that students need to master, through questioning and communication, students are guided to think positively and learn in time. When asking questions, we should pay attention to the cleverness and significance of the questions, and in what way can we stimulate students' thinking and inspire them. For example, when talking about the summary of the course of three-line discrimination of charging system, you can ask: Why can the lamp test method and scraping method be judged in one step, while the multimeter method needs two steps? Let the students know why and why.

3. Heuristic teaching method: Heuristic teaching is an effective teaching method to stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate their ability of observation, analysis, hands-on operation and innovation. Starting with the background knowledge and theoretical knowledge that students need to master, we can stimulate students' interest by adjusting the order of teaching content and changing practical projects, and enlighten the essential law through phenomenon analysis. For example, in the starting system, four relay courses can be used instead of four-line discrimination courses, or direct starting can be changed to indirect starting, which can better improve students' interest in learning from the project itself.

4. Summary teaching method: When students finish the training content, help them to summarize in time, find out the existing learning problems, and then analyze the causes of the problems, so that students can come with doubts and return without regrets. By summing up experience, we can complete the mutual transformation of knowledge and skills, and gradually improve the perfect combination of theory and practice.
