△ Buddha should be moderate. When you read, you should listen to your heart, that is, you should read from your heart word by word, not unintentionally. You should listen to the heartfelt voice of the Buddha's name with your ears, listen clearly, let your thoughts stand still and gradually settle down.
△ One of our six-eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind-is used to moving around like a monkey. It's hard for you to calm it down, but you can't be calm and enlightened unless you keep it still. Therefore, when Bodhisattva teaches us to recite Buddha, we should "take all six, read one after another". That is, when chanting Buddha, we should sincerely grasp the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body of the holy name "Amitabha" and tell it not to move, so as to settle down safely.

△ As for the Italian root, it is more difficult to capture. If you don't touch it, your thoughts will jump out of your heart involuntarily. Why? This is a habit with many troubles. It is used to moving, but it won't work without moving. This is called "Zuo Yi" in Buddhist scriptures. It is also the five places that Fa Xiangzong said, meaning, touch, acceptance, thinking and thinking are the first. It exists in the eight senses, always ready to move, constantly flowing like running water, so it is called "flow birth and death", which is very subtle, but we usually can't see it.
△ Some people say: "We have no thoughts without meditation, but we have thoughts when we meditate. Is it illegal? Do you have an idea? "
-No, it's because you are usually confused and can't see your thoughts moving. When your heart calms down a little, you will see your mind moving. What should I do? How can I stop my fantasy? The only way is to absorb the Italian roots with the ear roots. It takes a word from the heart to recite Buddha, and the ears can hear it clearly before it can be practiced.
△ So, the essence of meditation is to "listen with your heart", so that you can seize your delusion and settle down. Otherwise, you can't settle down if you sit here and recite the Buddha's name in your mouth while thinking in your head. Be sure to listen, be sure to listen, and be dead set on meditation.
△ However, the most important thing is to be empty. The purpose of practice is liberation, so everything must be put down before we can enter the Tao. Getting married has one more obstacle than becoming a monk. There are many troubles when you have a home. Before the donkey left, the horse came again. There are many things.
△ So, always be vigilant. Seeing through these things is fake and can't be obtained. If we don't love it in our hearts, we can't be rude Next, I meditated frequently and recited Buddha's words, but when I made a mistake, I couldn't help but infringe. This is a series of habits full of life. Accustomed to it, I can't stop at once. But don't be afraid. This idea jumps out, you can see it, ignore it and let it be natural. If you can't see the idea coming, then you run with it, so you can't settle down.
△ When meditating, the most important thing is to let go of everything and be clear in your heart. When you have an idea, go and see it, ignore it, dislike it and suppress it. Hate itself is a delusion. It's no good holding back. Stress can't kill you. For example, if you move a stone and press a grass, the grass will grow back after the stone is removed. This is not good. ☆ If crushed to death, it will become a stone of civil engineering, so it cannot be used. Therefore, we should use lively transformation method, not suppression method. When the idea comes, just ignore it, mention the Buddha's name, and the delusion will naturally change.
So diligent in practicing meditation, straight into the point of no confusion.
△ In addition to meditation, the most important thing is to study hard at ordinary times. Always look at yourself and you will see your thoughts together instead of running with them. You can't tell if you think about it, but you won't know until you run for a long time. That won't do. Zen said: if you are not afraid to remember, you are afraid to feel late. I'm not afraid to think. I'm afraid you don't know. Running with my thoughts is life and death. I followed my own thoughts for a long time before I knew it. Even if you have been dead for a long time, it proves that you can't live or die in the future. If we can think beforehand and feel afterwards, and don't follow our thoughts, we can be comfortable.
