What is the diet every day when you lose weight?
Breakfast: fruit+staple food (porridge is better, it can nourish the stomach, and an egg is essential)+vegetables+meat. It is inevitable to control your diet during weight loss, so put everything you really want to eat (which may be high in calories) in the morning, so that you can eat more and be full. Lunch: a small amount of staple food+a large amount of vegetables+meat (pay attention to lean meat, chicken and fish to supplement protein). Lunch: an apple+a box of yogurt. Dinner: Boiled vegetables or stir-fried dishes. This is my diet now, and I am also struggling to lose weight.
