Monday: lean arms worship meat
Tuesday: thin back shaping
Wednesday: thin belly and thin waist.
Thursday: Stretch and relax (rest day)
Friday: Make a beautiful ass-ass.
Saturday: thin thighs worship meat
Sunday: Skinny legs worship meat
Practice six times a week, starting with the arms, back, abdomen, buttocks, thighs and calves.
Both small and large bases should be practiced quickly to lose weight.
