Let me tell you something about me. I am a boarding student. I use skipping rope to lose weight in summer.

I persisted for about 13 days and lost 8 pounds. During the period, I didn't eat anything after 3 pm, only drinking water or eating some apples/tomatoes/cucumbers. Eat breakfast and lunch carefully, and also eat fruits and the like. Jumping rope with my classmates for an hour at night (of course, sometimes it may be longer), but I haven't counted a few jumps.

I didn't jump all the time, I just jumped off and on. I jump rope and turn the hula hoop. Turn the hula hoop when you are tired of dancing. Jump on tiptoe when skipping rope, don't point with your toes, point with your feet! ! !

I like reading novels on my mobile phone before going to bed at night. I will put my legs on the bed for about half an hour when I lie down every day (it will be a little numb at first, so you can adjust the time yourself). This wall-building method is the best stovepipe method I have ever tried! !
