This school was founded more than half a century ago. On June 6th, 1956, the General Administration of Land Reclamation of Chinese People's Liberation Army Railway Corps was established in Mishan Beidaying. General Wang Zhen attended the inaugural meeting as commander of the Railway Corps and Minister of Land Reclamation.
