Modern dance artists don't deliberately get some puzzling and incomprehensible things. They convey their inner feelings through modern dance, an art form different from other art forms, and bring pleasure and beauty to the audience.

The rationality of modern dance art creation is people's observation, reasoning and understanding of objective real life, that is to say, observation, reasoning and understanding of real life, but it is relatively perceptual and is an advanced stage of understanding life. It is the thinking, analysis and rational judgment of the choreographer, and it is the combing and transformation from the outside to the inside to form a concept, judgment and reasoning. Rationality is a leap in perceptual knowledge, which reflects the whole thing, including its essence and internal relations, as well as certain philosophical dialectics and ideological content. In modern dance creation, the ideological content of the work is composed of the objective significance of the realistic expression of the theme and the subjective thoughts of the choreographer. Among them, the director's subjective thought is in a dominant position, which directly affects the choice of creative direction. However, as a director, only rational thinking is far from enough, which will gradually make the director's "vision" narrow and dim. Therefore, choreography should have another temperament, and that is blood.
Artistic creation is impulsive and passionate, which means "you can't live without madness". This is to expand your mind. To put it mildly, art is neuroticism, which is an artistic realm. What supports this realm is this special temperament-blood. Bloody is the real characteristic that artists reveal and reveal in their real life behavior and artistic creation behavior. Bloody is full of passion, impulse, imagination, inspiration and romance, and it relies on abstract intuition to "do things". Because of this, it needs more rational constraints. The most important thing in modern dance performance is "the expression of soul and mind, which is the expressive force of body." As a new form of dance expression in China, modern dance is also a wonderful physical art. The word modern dance does not describe a certain dance type like classical ballet and China Anhui Flower Drum Lantern, so some people only use it as a synonym for "emerging dance", "avant-garde dance" and "avant-garde dance" to emphasize its modernity. But if we only look at the concept of time, modern dance is not all "modern" now, so it has developed for nearly a hundred years. The main difference between modernist dance and traditional art forms lies in the special significance of its aesthetic concept. Modern dance is getting closer and closer to people's lives, but today, no matter which country's modern dance, it can be clearly seen that the survival, development and growth of modern dance of these nationalities and countries ultimately find their own body art language and artistic expression in their own lives, times and culture. Modern dance has always been active and changeable. Modern dance and ballet used to be incompatible, but now they can absorb each other, and many dancers know both dances. Some critics believe that the style of modern dance will continue to change and develop in the future. Modern dance, as a literary phenomenon, has also attracted the attention of China dance circles in recent years. The development of modern dance in China will be faster and faster, and the research on modern dance is also beginning.
