Kaihua County is located in the west of Zhejiang Province, northwest of Quzhou City, at the source of Qianjiang River, at the junction of Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangxi provinces, with the latitude of 28 54 ′ 30 ″ to 29 29 ′ 59 ″ and the longitude of118 0/′15 ″.
