Fried squid with green pepper
Composition:
Two green peppers, a squid, shredded onion and ginger, salt, pepper, soy sauce and a little cooking oil.
Cooking steps:
1. shred the green pepper, wash and gut the squid, tear off the black film outside, wash and shred.
2. Boil a pot of boiling water, put shredded squid in boiling water and blanch for 2-3 minutes, then remove and control the water for later use.
3. Heat a little oil in the wok and add onion and ginger until fragrant.
4. Add green pepper and stir-fry until slightly soft, add shredded squid and stir-fry, add salt, soy sauce and pepper and stir-fry evenly.
Dish and eat.
