(1) Yangmei decoction

Speaking of Yangmei decoction, I have to think that it originated in Guizhou. I saw a bowl of fun (domestic version of XFUN food party) before. Some people who went to Guizhou talked about this soup, saying that it was sold as a stall, freshly cooked and then chilled. Very delicious. So I traveled to Guizhou on May 1st, visited the streets and finally found the boiled Myrica rubra soup. Except boiled, it is packaged and convenient, but the taste is much worse than boiled.

After returning home, I tried to buy bayberry in the fruit shop and cook it myself at home. It's super simple. After cooking, it's chilled. Take a delicious bite and fly away.

Ingredients: Myrica rubra 200g, rock sugar 20-50g (increase or decrease according to your own taste, or increase or decrease the rock sugar according to the sweet and sour degree of the purchased Myrica rubra).

Steps:

1. Wash bayberry, soak in salt water for 30 minutes, and wash eggs.

2. Use a clean pot (just a health pot, I use a snow pot) to put the washed bayberry and rock sugar, and add water until it overflows the bayberry about twice as high. After boiling, continue to cook on low heat until the surface of Myrica rubra is slightly cracked and the soup color is attractive deep red, about 20-30 minutes.

3. It can be stored in cold storage for 3-5 days or eaten with ice cubes.

(2) Sweet-scented osmanthus sour plum soup

Sour plum soup is a traditional summer drink. Sour plum soup is often sold in stalls or hot pot restaurants outside, with different prices and tastes. Authentic sour plum soup is made of rock sugar, and the main raw materials are ebony, hawthorn, osmanthus, licorice, rock sugar and other materials. Mume and hawthorn can eliminate oil, relieve boredom, stimulate appetite and strengthen the spleen. Regular drinking can really get rid of diseases and protect health, and it is a rare health drink in hot summer.

Ingredients: dark plum, mulberry, hawthorn, dried tangerine peel, licorice, Luoshen flower, osmanthus fragrans, mint leaves (I bought the package directly from a treasure, so it is convenient to cook a small bag at a time), and rock sugar.

Steps:

1. Soak all materials except osmanthus in water 10- 15 minutes.

2. Put the soaked ingredients into a large pot and add water.

3. Bring the fire to boil, and turn to low heat for 20-30 minutes.

4. Add rock sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus according to personal taste.

(3) Honey lemon black tea (the following recipes are all from my lovely pot friend Miss H)

Lemon black tea has the green sour taste of lemon and the mellow fragrance of black tea. The tea juice is reddish, clear, sweet and sour, and very refreshing. Lemon black tea is rich in vitamin C, which can whiten and lighten spots. Lemonade can also clear away heat and resolve phlegm. The Master Kong iced black tea we drank from childhood is lemon black tea, but it is healthier and tastier than what we bought. The lemon black tea introduced below is simple and delicious.

Ingredients: fresh lemon, honey, black tea (we chose Anhui Qimen black tea, and Miss H is Qimen's sister).

Steps:

1. Soak the lemon in salt water for half an hour, wash the wax on the surface of the lemon and cut into pieces.

2. Put a layer of lemon slices in an oil-free glass jar with sewage and pour some honey. When all the lemon slices are put in, honey has not eaten the lemon slices. Just soak honey and lemon for a day. The sealed jar will be put in the refrigerator, so you can take it with you.

3. Take a pot, add water, boil and pour in black tea. After 5- 10 minutes, filter out the tea leaves, cool the tea soup, and add honey lemon according to personal taste. You can also put the cooked black tea in the refrigerator, but it is not recommended to make tea overnight.

(4) Passion fruit lemon honey water

Passion fruit and lemon are rich in VC and other nutrients, which have the effect of detoxification and weight loss. Not only that, honey is also high in nutrients, clearing away heat and moistening dryness. This tea is very suitable for summer, and it is more appetizing. This method is a ready-made version. If you like to drink it, you can also make passion fruit lemon honey and store it in the refrigerator like the honey lemon of lemon black tea above. When you want to drink, just take it out and pour water.

Ingredients: cold water, honey, half a lemon and two passion fruits.

Steps:

1. Wash the lemon, wipe off the wax on the surface with salt, slice it, remove the seeds if you are afraid of bitterness, and put it in a container for later use.

2. Cut the passion fruit and scoop the pulp into a container soaked in water.

3. Add ice cubes and honey to finish.

(5) Yakult soda

If you like carbonated drinks, you can mix different materials in this way to make a variety of drinks. This taste is still Yakult's, but it is more suitable for summer. Similarly, if you don't add Yakult, you can also add green oranges, limes and other fruits to make colorful sodas.

Ingredients: homemade soda water, Yakult, ice cubes, mint leaves.

Steps:

1. Install an air bomb (available on Taobao, the price is about one or two hundred yuan) on the portable household bubble water machine to complete the homemade bubble water.

2. Add ice cubes and Yakult to the cup.

3. Pour in the prepared bubble water. If you like, you can also add your favorite fruit and decorate it with mint leaves.

(6) Milk tea

Milk tea is now a real national drink. If you make it yourself, it tastes mellow, and the important thing is that the sugar is controllable. Don't worry, just like the milk you bought, even if you want a little sugar or three-thirds sugar, it will still have an amazing sugar content.

Ingredients: milk (pure milk or fresh milk), black tea, honey, rice balls (ready-made in supermarkets)

Steps:

1. Boil the milk, add black tea, simmer for three minutes, then turn off the fire, cover and stew for a while.

2. Add the cooked rice balls and honey into the cup.

3. Filter the boiled milk tea into the cup, and the taste will be better after the ice.
