The dual-reset operation method of mobile phone is as follows:

Tip: Please make sure the phone is turned off. It is recommended to back up the data of the mobile phone before the double clearing.

Step 1: press and hold the "power button" and "volume up button" to display the selection interface after vibration. As shown in the figure:

Step 2: Select "Restore Factory Settings" to enter the following interface, and click "Restore Factory Settings":
