It takes 20kg to make P90x in three months.
After half a year, it returned to 85kg.
In the ninth month, I made p90x again, and my weight dropped to 74.
Then it returned to 83, and then it was adjusted to 80 through diet.
Since then, I have been dieting to maintain 80 weight.
P90x is very tired, but the effect is very good. As long as I can persist, I always put an end to snacks, drinks, sweets and processed products (biscuits, instant noodles ...), and try to keep the traditional diet and not deliberately eat less fat.
