Ingredients: 204 grams of hawthorn.
Accessories: 50g rock sugar, clear water 100g.
Specific steps:
1. Wash the hawthorn, boil it in water, and then pour out the drained water.
2. Take out the hawthorn seeds.
3. Add 40 grams of drinking water to the pulp and mash it with a cooking machine.
4. Add rock sugar and 60 grams of water into the pot, stir-fry until bubbling, then add hawthorn sauce and stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes.
5. Brush the baking tray with a thin layer of salad oil, pour the hawthorn sauce into the baking tray and scrape it to a thickness of about 3 mm with a scraper.
6. Adjust the oven to 100 degree, and bake for 2 hours in the middle layer.
7. Take it out and put it in a ventilated place for the night, and gently uncover it with a scraper the next day.
