Tip 1: How to make juice.
Juice can be squeezed with a juicer, gauze or a spoon in a small bowl. For example, fresh orange juice can be washed, peeled, put into a bowl and pressed out with a small spoon, and the residue can be removed. Tomato juice: Wash fresh tomatoes, scald them with boiling water, peel them, wrap them in gauze and squeeze out the juice, or put them in a bowl and squeeze them with a spoon, then pour out the juice. Tip 2: the practice of vegetable soup
Clean and chop fresh vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage, spinach, rape, soybean sprouts, radishes and carrots.
