What are the three kinds of brown rice?
Rice is divided into three categories according to its grain shape and rice quality: the first category: indica rice, that is, indica non-waxy rice. According to grain quality and harvest season, it is divided into early indica rice and late indica rice; The second category: japonica rice, that is, japonica non-waxy rice. According to grain quality and harvest season, it is divided into early japonica rice and late japonica rice; The third category: waxy rice, which is divided into two categories according to its grain shape and grain quality: indica glutinous rice and japonica glutinous rice. Brown rice is obtained by husking rice with a husker.

Nutritional analysis

1. Brown rice has a good effect on patients with obesity and gastrointestinal dysfunction, and can effectively regulate metabolic and endocrine abnormalities in the body;

2. Brown rice can treat anemia;

3. Brown rice can treat constipation and purify blood, so it has the function of strengthening the body;

Vitamin E rich in germ can promote blood circulation and effectively maintain the whole body.

Function;

5. Brown rice can normalize cell function and maintain endocrine balance;

6. Brown rice has the function of connecting and decomposing radioactive substances such as pesticides, thus effectively preventing the human body from absorbing harmful substances and achieving the function of preventing cancer. [ 1]

As we all know, the nutrition of brown rice mainly lies in embryo and aleurone layer, so embryo and aleurone layer are recognized by all nutritionists in the world as the godsend nutrients of human beings. As for the skin, seed coat and nucellar layer, there are not many nutrients in them, which are as bad for human absorption as those in rice husk, and are even worse for human consumption because of the high pesticide residue. Therefore, brown rice is unfavorable to human nutrition in the following three aspects:

1. Because brown rice retains the protective tissue of the outer layer (peel, seed coat and nucellus protective layer), its pesticide content will be much higher than that of polished rice, even hundreds of times, so that there are so-called organic brown rice in the workshop, and it is emphasized that pesticides should not be used in the planting process. However, there will be a certain amount of pesticide residues in the farmyard manure used, and there will inevitably be trace chemical residues in the flow of water and air. Heavy metal pesticides such as arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead must have limited residue indicators in the relevant standards of organic food and green food. The limits of arsenic, lead, cadmium and mercury in organic and green standard rice in China are 0.4 Mg/kg, 0.2 Mg/kg, 0.0 1 Mg/kg and so on. These pesticide residues are defined by dozens of indicators. For example, the cadmium content of brown rice is 0.28 Mg/kg, and that of polished rice is 0.005 1 Mg/kg, with a difference of 54 times.

Secondly, the tissue of pericarp contains many chelating compounds with strong phytic acid. Phytic acid combines with minerals to form phytate, which will hinder the absorption of minerals.

Third, the seed coat contains a lot of wax fat and pigment, which will be harmful to human health.

To sum up three factors, brown rice food is not as beneficial to human health as preserved embryos and non-elutriation rice products from aleurone layer.
