1. First of all, for xp system, please go to Control Panel-System-System Restore to see if the restore monitoring of drive C is turned on.
2. For win7, please go to Control Panel-System Protection, and check the system recovery status there.
3. If the recovery monitoring of drive C is not turned on, I'm sorry, but there is no other way except to reinstall the system (in fact, we basically don't need these help files, so it's just as well to delete them).
4. If it is open, please click Start-Run (please open the command prompt directly for win7 system) and enter rstrui.exe.
Enter, enter the system restore, find the restore point created by 360, and start the restore.
