Several methods of health porridge beauty

1, banana porridge

Ingredients: three bananas, a little rock sugar, appropriate amount of glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of refined water.

Exercise:

1) Drain the tofu (put the tofu in a dish and press a bowl of water on it for about 20-30 minutes).

2) Cut thick rectangular slices.

3) seaweed (that is, seaweed for sushi, which should be sold in big supermarkets) is cut into strips with scissors. The width of this strip is slightly shorter than the long side of the rectangular tofu slice, and the length is enough to wrap the tofu slice.

4) Tofu slices are wrapped with seaweed.

note:

1) Regarding the problem that tofu is easy to fry, I think it is better to fry it with old tofu first. If it's tender, I haven't tried it, it must be very fragile.

2) Personally, I feel that tofu is drained before frying, and it will not explode oil. It is better to fry it. So, I fry tofu now, and I drain it first.

3) When frying, don't worry about cooking. And in this case, when turning over, you don't have to worry, you can turn over slowly and calmly, and tofu is not fragile.

4) Finally, I use chicken soup. If not, I think we can add sparerib soup, beef soup or something. If I really don't have soup, I can make do with some juice mixed with chicken essence.

Crispy cucumber

Practice: Wash the cucumber, carefully slice the cucumber skin with a knife (the melon meat can be used as soup), then change it into a 2 cm square piece, marinate it with salt and sugar for about 5 minutes, and squeeze out the water. Seasoning: white vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and red oil, mix well, add melon skin, and then put it in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes. This dish is sour and sweet, crisp and slightly cold, and it is a good accompaniment in summer.
