Drinking tea for health preservation is the crystallization of the wisdom of our ancestors for thousands of years. It's not about what tea to drink for health, but when to drink what tea for health. There are many kinds of tea, and the ingredients are different.

Tea refers to the leaves and buds of tea trees. Alias tea, dragon (Ji m:), Ming tea and dragon (Chu m: n). Generally refers to the leaves of the evergreen shrub tea tree that can be used to make tea, and the drinks brewed with these leaves, and later extended to all herbal teas brewed with flowers, leaves, seeds and roots of plants, such as "chrysanthemum tea"; "Herbal tea" brewed with various medicinal materials is also called Leiya in China literature.

Some countries also use tea made from leaves of other plants, such as fruits and herbs, such as "fruit tea".

Tea originated in China, and it was first offered as a sacrifice. However, it was used as food by people from the late Spring and Autumn Period, developed into medicine in the middle of the Western Han Dynasty, developed into a high-grade palace drink in the late Western Han Dynasty, and became popular among the people as a common drink after the Western Jin Dynasty. The earliest traces of artificially planted tea were found in Tianluoshan site in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, with a history of more than 6,000 years.

Tea drinking began in China. The leaves are leathery, oblong or oval, and can be directly soaked in boiling water. It is divided into six categories according to varieties, production methods and product shapes. According to seasons, it can be divided into spring tea, summer tea, autumn tea and winter tea. Various kinds of crude tea or refined tea are reprocessed to form added tea, including scented tea, pressed tea, extracted tea, medicinal health tea and tea beverage.

For example, in summer, we usually drink green tea, which can help us lose weight.

We usually drink black tea in winter to nourish our stomach.

But remember: don't drink tea on an empty stomach, and don't drink tea at night.

In addition, the water for making tea is also exquisite, and the water temperature should not be too high. Generally 80 to 90 degrees is more appropriate.

For example, the brewing standard of Pu 'er tea is 7 g/100 ml of water, but we don't need to strictly follow this standard when drinking tea. This is just a reasonable suggestion for tea lovers. Pu 'er tea is delicious. After tea lovers have the experience of drinking, they can appropriately increase or decrease the amount of tea according to their personal tastes, the number of people drinking, tea-making equipment and other factors.

Let's talk about the specific temperatures of various teas:

Low temperature 1, 70 ~ 80 degrees: suitable for brewing non-fermented tea, such as green tea, matcha, fried tea, packaged tea, etc. Because these kinds of teas are brewed with too high water temperature, tea tannins will be released, and tea soup is easy to be bitter.

2. Medium temperature of 80 ~ 90 degrees: suitable for brewing lightly fermented tea, or tea with sharp buds and fine shapes, such as Biluochun, Oriental Beauty Tea (Bai Hao Oolong) and fragrant tablets.

High temperature above 3.90 degrees: it is suitable for brewing tea with medium fermentation degree or above, that is, cooked tea, because tea with high fermentation degree is resistant to high temperature and contributes to aroma distribution, such as alpine tea, Jin Xuan, Tieguanyin and cooked tea.
