The number of files has increased a lot. I wonder how much your data has increased? If the amount of data does not increase much, but the file becomes very large, you can do the following:

1. Select all data regions and set the format and border uniformly.

2. Press Ctrl+G to locate, select "Object", and then press Delete to delete redundant objects (this can only be done if no lines and pictures are inserted).

3. Select the blank column in the first column on the right, then press Ctrl+Shift+→ (press three keys at the same time) to select all blank columns, then click the right mouse button and select Delete-Whole Column.

4. Select the blank line in the first line below, then press Ctrl+Shift+↓ to select all blank lines, then click the right mouse button and select Delete-Whole Line.

5. save.

If the document does not get smaller, it cannot get smaller.
