First download the App "Dynamic Photo-Dynamic Wallpaper Photo Making Tool", and the software itself is free (see the end of the article for details). Next, please make sure that there are movie files or GIF files to be made into tablecloths in your iPhone album. When the material is ready, open the dynamic photo APP, click "Video to dynamic photo" or "Gif to dynamic photo", and then select your video file.
