Pu 'er tea has the reputation of "drinkable antique" because of its post-fermentation and storage for a certain period of time, but not all Pu 'er teas have old-age value.
The quality of cooked tea fermented by hot-pile fermentation technology will be improved, but the taste will not change much. Raw tea is sun-dried green tea, which is unique to Yunnan, and is directly autoclaved without fermentation. The dried raw tea has more aging value.
Raw tea is bitter in the initial stage. After contact with air, in a good storage environment, with the passage of time, its contents will undergo a series of oxidation, polymerization, decomposition, degradation and condensation reactions, and after fermentation, tea will become more fragrant.
Compacted tea is more suitable for aging than loose tea, because it has regular shape, small volume, easy storage and storage resistance, and is conducive to post-fermentation.
In addition, the aging environment is clean, dry and ventilated, and the aging time can be selected according to the tea quality and personal taste, but the longer the time, the better, because the quality of Pu 'er tea also has a peak and shelf life.
Raw tea and cooked tea have different styles because of different techniques, so it doesn't matter which is better. Raw tea does not ferment and tastes bitter. After several years of aging, it will be converted into ethylene glycol.
The taste of cooked tea is relatively mild and mellow. For ordinary consumers, it is suggested to cook tea from the taste and price.
After pile fermentation, the cooked tea is mild, suitable for all ages and easy to accept in taste. It won't be as astringent as raw tea, and cooked tea has better weight loss effect.
After drinking ripe tea, you can slowly try raw tea, feel the habit of raw tea, and pay attention to some taboos of drinking tea. If you want to drink tea while soaking, the tea set should be cleaned in time and the overnight tea soup should be thrown away.
