Drag video 1 and video 2 to the va track.
2. Right-click the mouse in the blank space of the project panel and select New Project-Adjust Layer.
Click "OK"
3. Drag the adjustment layer to the v2 track and place it between Video 1 and Video 2 to adjust the length.
4. Enter "Intermediate Value" in the search field of the effect panel and drag it to the adjustment layer.
("Video Effects"-"Noise and Particles"-"Median")
5. Place the time scale at the beginning of the adjustment layer.
Find the middle value in the Effect Control panel.
Open the animation icon in front of "radius", modify the value to 0, and establish the start key frame.
6. Move the time scale to the middle position, and change the value of "radius" to 10 (customizable) to establish an intermediate key frame.
Move the time ruler to the end of the adjustment layer, change the value of Radius to 0, and establish the ending keyframe.
7. Select all key frames, click the right mouse button and select "Bezier Curve" to ease the transition.
