Tip: When meditating, always keep your back straight and don't hunch over.

Second, lotus meditation

Methods: Sit on the yoga mat, put your left foot on the right thigh, put your right foot on the left thigh, and cross your left and right legs into an X-shape. The back is straight, the gesture is lotus fingers, and the arms and shoulders are relaxed, which is the same as the simple meditation posture.

Tip: the meditation posture of lotus sitting is difficult, which requires strong flexibility of legs.

Therefore, before doing this posture, move a little and move the joints between legs. It is not recommended for beginners with poor physical flexibility to adopt this posture.

Third, single lotus meditation

Method: Sit on the yoga mat, with the left leg on the right thigh and the right leg flat on the floor. Other movements are the same as simple sitting. Pay attention to keep your back straight and your shoulders and arms relaxed.

Tip: After the leg posture is finished, gently press the knee down with your hand to relieve the tension and pain of the knee.

Fourth, sit on your back and meditate

Method: Lie flat on the yoga mat, with legs slightly apart, arms at your sides, palms up, and close your eyes.

Tip: Keep your head straight when lying flat, don't lean left and right, keep your spine and neck in a straight line, and be careful not to let yourself fall asleep.

These are several methods of yoga meditation. It is difficult for a novice to enter the meditation state quickly, but he can help himself to enter the state quickly with the help of voice.

Try to pronounce "O" when you exhale, and pronounce "M" when you shut up, then inhale and exhale repeatedly, make a sound that you can hear, and pay full attention to pronunciation.
