yoga sutras
At the beginning, it is expounded that yoga is the constraint of spiritual change.

The whole outside world is based on your thoughts and attitudes, and the whole world is your own reaction.

There is nothing wrong with this world, it depends on whether you regard it as heaven or hell.

You got rid of all other thoughts, but you left my heart empty. That's not really brainless.

There are five kinds of mental changes, some are painful and some are painless. Love with expectations cannot last long. Although love shows an anodyne idea, if it is selfish, it will end in pain.

You got rid of all other thoughts, but you left my heart empty. That's not really brainless.

Don't create some rewarding ideas, forget your selfishness and make others happy, then you will be the happiest person in the world.

Yoga requires three qualities: patience, enthusiasm and self-confidence. When you practice continuously for a long time and make every effort to stay enthusiastic, this exercise will be stable.

Yoga requires three qualities: patience, enthusiasm and self-confidence.

This book quotes a short story of an Indian festival:

Santa Nora went to that place. One day, he walked through a forest and saw a yogi who had been meditating for a long time. The ants built an anthill around his body.

When the yogi saw Narada, he asked Shiva how many more lives he would sit in.

Narada agreed, walked a few miles and saw another man, who was singing and dancing happily. At the same time, I saw that he asked Shiva the same question. How long did it take to sing and dance?

Many years later, when the yogi saw Narada, he got the news that he had to wait for the fourth generation and began to cry sadly.

The second man got Narada's answer: He had to wait for generations as many leaves as there were on the tree.

"Oh, that's all. At least these generations can count. I know when it will be over. Thank God. "

The final outcome can be imagined.

If you are patient and firm, what you do will be more perfect. If your heart is not firm and eager for success, it means that your heart has been disturbed, and what the disturbed heart is doing is of no quality, so it's not just how long you practice, but whether you have patience, enthusiasm and quality when you practice.

Self-control of consciousness does not produce what you see and hear.

Desire is not lasting.

All desires are colored. The moment you color your heart, it forms ripples, just like throwing a stone into calm water, which will produce water waves. Beware of being thrown around by one desire after another, you will not get rest and peace, and practicing yoga with a restless heart will not be stable.

? Knowing who you really are, you can have no desire for anything, even the inner nature, which is the highest state of non-persistence.

The time required for success depends on your practice, whether it is basic, medium, intensive or further differentiated.

The Vedas of India said, "The name of Brahman is Om, and Om is a Promethean."

? Illness, dullness, doubt, carelessness, laziness, sensual enjoyment, wrong perception, failure to reach a solid foundation and retrogression are all obstacles that interfere with the mind.

? When the spirit is uneasy, it is accompanied by sadness, despair, body trembling and poor breathing.

In order to prevent obstacles and other attachments, the best way is to focus on a single thing.

Patanjali divided people into four categories: happy people, unhappy people, virtuous people and evil people.

? We should have these four attitudes: friendliness, pity, joy and indifference.

? Keep these four keys in your pocket forever. If you use the right keys for all kinds of people, you can keep calm, and nothing in the world will bother you.

Just as the shape and color of an object can be captured by approaching it to the pure crystal of nature, the gradual decline of the yogi's mind will make it clear and stable, reaching a state where there is no difference between cognition, cognitive things and knowledge. The highest state of this meditation is samadhi.

If you do everything, you can silently say, "I would like to dedicate this to God." The mind will gain freedom and peace.

? Try not to own anything for yourself, and realize that you are only a client, keeping things temporarily, not the owner. Once things are ripe, you should move forward naturally, so dedication is the real yoga.

Ignorance, self-centeredness, persistence, hatred and persistence in material life are the five obstacles to practicing yoga.

Because of self-ignorance, self-centered departmentalism has emerged; Because they are self-centered, they are obsessed with things and self-enjoyment; Because the things we cling to fail to realize our wishes or are taken away, those who stop them become the object of hatred; Finally, because of our love, persistence and fear of death, we cling to tangible life.

For divided people, everything is painful. The consequences are: you will be anxious because you are afraid of losing what you have got; Lead to the impression in the heart and produce new desires; These three essential characteristics are in conflict and contradiction with each other, so they always control the mind.

Nothing can be happy for a long time, maybe for a short time, but it will definitely end in pain. Even if we enjoy the immediate happiness, the result is usually painful, because we are afraid of losing it.

The world is our factory. When we are sent to the factory, every minute produces a different experience. With the development of knowledge, we become more and more refined. Finally, we know the world completely and never go back to the factory again. When you stop believing in worldly pleasures, you won't pursue them.

People who really don't lie, their actions and results become helpful.

Yoga is not a philosophy of blind and faithful pursuit. At first, you really need confidence and trust. When you continue to practice, every step will bring you more and more hope and confidence. As long as one day we are real yoga practitioners, we will change and then ask for more practice and change.

Every breath we take is stealing from nature, which doesn't mean that we should stop breathing and die. On the contrary, we should breathe with respect and serve others with respect, so this is not stealing.

If we just take it and don't give it back, we are thieves.

If we can completely avoid greed and theft, be satisfied with what we have and keep a peaceful mind, all wealth will follow. We don't need to pursue wealth, it will come to us soon.

Only if you can control your heart well and have no anxiety and personal desires, can you live a carefree life.

?

Satisfied, you can get the greatest joy.

Contentment means maintaining what you have, and you don't need to go outside to find happiness. If something comes, let him come; It doesn't matter if you don't come. There is no need to like or dislike contentment.

If someone brings us pain, don't think they hate us, but help us purify us. If you can think like this, you are a true yogi.

If flowery words make us happy and insults make us depressed, it means that we are not mature enough, because insults will help us understand our weaknesses.

There are three ways to breathe: inhale, exhale and hold your breath.

The fourth breathing method is produced when focusing on internal or external things.

When we hold our breath while chanting or meditating, this is a good phenomenon, because it only happens when your body tissues are ready. If we are very focused and calm, we may even stop breathing for a few minutes.

In the realm of Samadhi, sometimes breathing will stop for several hours, but people will not die, because in this realm, energy will not be consumed, and energy will be preserved.

If we satisfy our senses, we may be happy for a while, and then we will be depressed. Being able to control your own happiness is much more lasting than short-term happiness. We should all practice and become our own masters. This is the real freedom and the real victory.

In meditation, time is meaningless and space does not exist. You don't know where you are. If your meditation is suddenly interrupted, you may be surprised to say, "What happened to my body?" In real meditation, the body is forgotten, you transcend time and space, and you leave the body.

When the meditation thing glows, it seems that there is no image at all. This is the highest state of meditation-Samadhi.

Practice concentration, meditation and samadhi on one thing, which is called samadhi. Mastering the three mountains will inspire the light of knowledge.

When a peaceful heart reaches the state of true self-purification, it is free.

Never focus on small things, our goal is lofty, eternal peace and eternal joy. Don't stop just for a little peace or a little happiness or insignificant happiness.

The true self is eternal, and it always knows whether the mind has changed. Therefore, it is the master of the mind.

When you hurt someone, you say, "I didn't hurt him, but my heart hurt him."

When others hurt you, you should also have the same reaction-"In fact, you didn't hurt me, it was your heart that hurt me." So, I won't be angry with you. "

You know, the heart will slip away and get back; Slip it again and get it back. Time and time again, this is practice.

Because of its perfect resolution, even if the best reward is ahead, it is completely uninterested and can continue to distinguish for a long time. This state is called Mahatma.

Knowledge is boundless. When all its cover and impurities are removed, there is almost nothing to know.

When the characteristics of nature are integrated into nature, it no longer needs to serve the true self, and it has been content with its pure nature. In this way, we have reached the highest level of liberation.
