During maintenance, take the printing needle out of the needle sleeve, clean it with gasoline, dry it, add proper amount of lubricating oil and reinstall it. This work should be done according to the frequency of users using the equipment, and it is recommended to do it two or three times a week.

2. Maintenance of the print head

The print head is mainly composed of linear guide rail and motor. Because the guide rail directly faces the workpiece to be processed, the debris generated during the engraving process of the workpiece and the dust in the usual field environment are easy to attach to the guide rail, which will easily lead to the wear of the guide rail after a long time.

The way to avoid it is to clean the guide rail with gasoline regularly, and then add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil after drying. This work is recommended once every two weeks. At the same time, pay attention to avoid oiling the synchronous belt when cleaning and oiling.

3. Maintenance of the controller

Due to its own characteristics, the equipment is exposed to the air for a long time, which is easy to accumulate dust in the circuit board for a long time, and it is easy to cause short circuit if it is not cleaned for a long time. The cleaning method is to turn off the power supply of the controller, open the outer cover of the box and blow off the dust inside with clean compressed air.
