Early to bed and early to rise. The following methods can make you go to bed early.
1. Get ready for bed at around 9 o'clock every night and go to bed on time. If you go to the balcony to breathe fresh air, take a deep breath, brush your teeth and wash your feet, sit still for a while and relax.
2. Suppress stimuli, such as not watching TV movies or reading books before going to bed.
3. Go to bed early and get up early on time every day, exercise and do some exercise within your power.
